These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Batter's Anthem (the "App"), operated by MikDigital ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
The App is intended for use by team managers, coaches, and players participating in youth and recreational baseball/softball. You must be at least 13 years old to create your own account. A player under 13 may still be added to a team roster by their manager or coach without creating an account of their own — see our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Team managers are responsible for the accuracy of roster information (player names, jersey numbers, positions) they enter for their players.
"Your Content" means anything you upload or submit through the App — walk-up songs and audio files, sound effects, team logos, and similar material. You keep ownership of Your Content. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and play it back within the App as needed to provide the service (for example, playing a player's walk-up song during Game Mode, or generating an AI announcer intro from a player's name).
You're responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use, anything that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights, or anything illegal, harassing, or abusive. We may remove Content that violates these Terms.
Songs found through the App's Spotify/Apple Music search, or played through a connected Apple Music subscription, remain subject to those services' own terms — the App is only providing playback controls and short previews or full-catalog access authorized by your own subscription, not distributing that music itself.
Some features (custom team tracks, AI player intros, additional sound effects, and others noted in the App) require a Batter's Anthem Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever you subscribed through, and are subject to that store's own payment, billing, and refund terms — we don't process or store your payment details directly.
If you're an iOS user, your purchase is additionally governed by Apple's Standard EULA.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App relies on third-party services to operate — including Supabase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Google Cloud Text-to-Speech, Spotify, and Apple Music. Your use of features built on these services is also subject to those providers' own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability or behavior of services we don't operate ourselves.
The App itself — its design, code, branding, and features (excluding Your Content and third-party music/services) — belongs to MikDigital. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App outside of normal, permitted use.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that walk-up songs, intros, or sound effects will play back without delay or failure, particularly in live game situations with variable network or device conditions. Use the App at your own discretion, and don't rely on it as the sole plan for a live event you can't afford to have go wrong.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MikDigital won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including a walk-up song or intro failing to play during a game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Team managers should transfer or delete any teams they manage before deleting their account — see the Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you within the App or by other reasonable means. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
